    This worked for me to get a live person but it was support with a phone and I needed the payment department. I appreciate you putting this info out there but it’s a shame you have to. Boost Mobile should be more user friendly.

    THIS REALLY DON’T WORK FOR ME, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THE WAY TO GET HELP TO FIX A PROBLEM I HAVE WITH MY PHONE AND I NEVER COULD, I TRIED TO GET A LIVE PERSON AND STILL I COULDN’T GET IT. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT MY PHONE CAN’T CALL OUT. IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN GET SOME HELP?

    There are just a few things that could be wrong: your phone is malfunctioning, the Attenna (Radio) is turned off, have not paid your bill.

    If none of these are the issue – you should purchase a new phone if you have no phone insurance. The information provided in the article is correct and the numbers do indeed work.

    I would not recommend Boost to anyone. The effort it takes to get help is way too involved, you should not have to rely on the internet for secret ways to get to customer service. My connection with Boost ends today!

    so i just bought a boost mobile off craigslist and its not activated yet but i was wondering if i could go pick up a prepaid boost phone card and add it to my phone?
